At Labra Web, we respect your privacy and provide a transparent process for managing your personal information. In accordance with Meta (Facebook) Platform Terms and various global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), we have established this dedicated framework for data erasure.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you have interacted with our platform via Facebook Login or any other integrated service and wish to have your data removed, please follow these steps:

1. Draft an email to info@labraweb.com from the email address associated with your data.
2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request - [Your Name]".
3. In the body of the email, clearly state that you wish to have all personal information, engagement history, and session metadata permanently erased.

What Happens After Your Request?

• Verification: Our engineering team will verify the request to ensure the security of your data.
• Purging: Once verified, we will permanently delete all records of your email, phone number, and any project-specific data from our active databases and cloud storage.
• Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process is complete (typically within 30 business days).

Note on Technical Metadata

Please note that anonymized technical logs used for platform security (e.g., Cloudflare firewall logs) are purged automatically according to our standard 90-day retention policy and cannot be manually associated with a specific user identity.
