Project Overview
Prachin Saarvar is a heritage-focused Ayurvedic hub that required a digital presence matching the purity of its products while maintaining cutting-edge web performance. The goal was to build a site that feels as fluid as silk while scoring perfectly on core web vitals.
The Challenge
Prachin Saarvar faced severe performance bottlenecks where legacy GSAP animations and render-blocking scripts caused the Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) to spike at 4.2 seconds. This resulted in a poor SEO ranking and high bounce rates on mobile devices.
The Solution
We re-engineered the front-end with a focus on 'Animation Compositing.' By migrating heavy GSAP timelines to GPU-accelerated transforms and implementing lazy-loaded script execution, we eliminated UI stutter. We also deployed a custom Next.js caching strategy to ensure sub-second page loads globally.
